1. Processing and Shipping Times
We strive to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know:
Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:30 PM are processed the same day and shipped from The Netherlands and because of huge german demand we also have a warehouse in Germany :).
Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery time: 2–3 business days (after processing).

Delivery time depends on your location and local carrier performance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow its journey.
2. Incorrect Address
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Mistakes can happen and we are willing to find a solution. But the policy is that we normally don't do refunds.
3. Customs and Duties
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country. We do not issue refunds for customs-related delays, confiscations, or additional fees.
4. No Liability
Customers assume full responsibility for the use of our products.
