Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund minus any shipping fees.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement. 

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

By purchasing from Sunnafoods, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes. If a dispute is raised, we reserve the right to ban you from future purchases.

4. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
