Orders placed before 14:30 PM are processed the same day and shipped from Germany.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Mistakes can happen and we are willing to find a solution. But the policy is that we normally don't do refunds.
